The National Vocational Rehabilitation Project (NVRP) is established in Canada. It was designed to help CPP disability beneficiaries with vocational rehabilitation.1 The program included “formal training and educational upgrading, expenses for books, tuition and travel, counseling and job placement.”2 By September 1995, 125 clients had returned to work.3
