On January 19, The Government of Alberta announces that a review of the Persons with Developmental Disabilities program is underway.1 Parents and people involved in the disability field are especially excited for the progress. Bruce Uditsky, CEO of Inclusion Alberta and parent of someone with a disability, publicly stated his appreciation of Minister Sabir’s efforts in working towards the vision of families.2 Albertans were asked for their feedback and suggestions on the program, including what challenges of the program should be discussed, and how the discussion should take place.3 The survey for public feedback closed on April 18, 2018.4
